To provide a pipe hanging device and pipe laying method by use thereof capable of laying pipes at an accurate inclination and facilitating a pipe laying works for a sewerage pipes or the like.

The pipe hanging device 1 has a pipe holder 2 holding the peripheral wall of the pipe 10, a hanging device body 3 positioned above the pipe holder 2, a hanging down device 3, a clamp 4 connecting the pipe holder 2, and a protruded part 6 provided with an extensible support rod 5a extending in the direction pressing an earth retaining panel or a sheet pile and a jack 5 in which a pressing piece 5b is fixed to the front end of the support rod 5a.
