This hanging device is composed of a plate-like or frame-shaped base body, a plurality of opening parts formed in the base body, and a projection raised upward from the lower side of the opening parts and detachably hooking a hook of an optional suspending holding auxiliary tool such as a hanger; and is characterized by being fixed to a hook and a shelf at a usable angle by by an optional fixing means.
