A fitting 6 is attached to the end part of a strap to be engageably and disengageably connected to the pin. The fitting 6 is provided with a rotary plate 12 where a locking piece 1250 is projectingly provided. On the fitting 6, large diameter holes 1012 and 1212 for enabling the insertion of the pin at a first position A where the rotary plate 12 is rotated are formed. Also, as shown by a dotted line, small diameter holes 1010 and 1210 for disabling the detachment of the pin at a second position B where the rotary plate 12 is rotated are formed. Further, on the fitting 6, an engagement part 1020 for elastically deforming the locking piece 1250 when the rotary plate 12 is rotated between the first position A and the second position B is provided.
