To provide a pot having an attractive look in a simple structure by using a part of the pot, capable of being installed by everyone, being easily handled as it is stable owing to its center of gravity in the upper part of the pot, being simply attached and detached and being hung in numbers of pots.

This hanging pot is provided by installing a spindle-shaped hollow cylindrical body 2 in almost the central part of a pot 1, attaching a hanging means 4 on the upper end of the hollow cylindrical body, joining plural upward directing hooks 6 to a flange on the upper end of the hollow cylindrical body at the lower periphery of an independent hat-like hanger 5 and inserting and fixing a hanging material into the hat-like hanger, or joining the back face of the flange on the upper end of the hollow cylindrical body to a ball, making a through hole through which a shaft having the ball can pass in the flange and making a slit for passing the thickness and width of the hook of the shaft, or joining the hat-like hanger or a bulb plate unit engaging in the spindle-shaped space to a vertical shaft 9 of the ball plate unit with a retainer 11 of the shaft or a hook 10.
