A spout for pouring out a content is formed at a corner of the almost rectangular pouch body, whose periphery is sealed to form the storage part for storing the content. A hanging hole is formed at a position that is shifted by a given distance toward the long side of the pouch body from the corner that is diagonal to the spout, and penetrates the side seal formed along the long side of the pouch body. The width of the side seal is extended in the area covering from the side seal end at the corner side to a hanging hole forming part, while is narrowed down in such a way that the inner edge of the side seal, which is the boundary between the side seal and the storage part, is made to gradually approach the outer edge of the side seal from the hanging hole forming part with the extended width toward the side seal end opposite to the corner side.
