Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard film having excellent wear resistance, and to provide a mold having the hard film formed on the molding surface.SOLUTION: A hard film 12 contains each element of at least tungsten, an element M and carbon. In the hard film 12, the element M is an element belonging to a group 4a in the periodic table, or an element belonging to a group 5a in the periodic table, or an element belonging to a group 6a in the periodic table excluding tungsten, or at least one kind of element selected from a group consisting of aluminum, silicon and boron. The total atomic ratio of tungsten and the element M in the hard film 12 is 0.2 or higher and 0.8 or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
