To provide a hard coat film which can improve the adhesion of a hard coat layer to a transparent substrate film while suppressing the occurrence of interference fringes, an antireflection film and antireflection near infrared ray shielding film each using the hard coat film.
In the hard coat film 10, the hard coat layer 13 is laminated on the transparent substrate film 11 through an adhesion layer 12. The difference in refractive index between the substrate film 11 and the hard coat layer 13 is 0.02 or below, and the thickness of the adhesion layer 12 is 5-30 nm. In the antireflection film 14, an antireflection layer 15 is laminated on the hard coat layer 13 of the hard coat film 10. In the antireflection near infrared ray shielding film 16, a near infrared ray shielding layer 17 is laminated on the opposite side of the substrate film 11 to the side on which the antireflection layer 15 of the antireflection film 14 is formed.
