Abstract:
To provide a hard coat film having excellent adhesion to a hard coat layer when using a cycloolefin polymer film as a base material.SOLUTION: The hard coat film has a hard coat layer containing an ionizing radiation-curable resin that is put on at least one side of a cycloolefin polymer base film through a primer layer. The primer layer contains a modified polyolefin resin in which a polyolefin resin is graft-modified with an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, and a (meth) acrylate. In the modified polyolefin resin, with respect to the modified polyolefin resin 100 wt.%, the graft weight of the α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof is 0.4-7 wt.%, and the weight average molecular weight is 40,000-150,000.SELECTED DRAWING: None
