Title:
HARD COAT FILM FOR THERMOFORMING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013151133
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a hard coat film for thermoforming, which has such scratch resistance that the surface of a work glove or the like, for example, is hardly scratched and such chemical resistance that the surface of the sunscreening lotion or hand cream-stuck film, for example, is not roughened even when exposed to high temperature for a long time, and the surface of the film is not cracked when a deep-drawn-shape molded article is produced therefrom, and which has surface hardness.

A hard coat film has a first hard coat layer, which is obtained by curing a lower-layer curable resin composition (X), on the surface of a base material film and a second hard coat layer, which comprises an upper-layer resin composition (Y) and has a specific thickness, on the first hard coat layer. The lower-layer curable resin composition (X) comprises a vinyl polymer (A) having hydroxyl groups and a polyisocyanate compound (B) and the polyisocyanate compound (B) is reacted with a specific solid content hydroxyl value of the vinyl polymer (A). The upper-layer resin composition (Y) contains aluminum oxide particles having a specific average particle diameter or below by a specific P/B ratio or below.
