Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard-top vehicle allowing its roof part to lower into an opening position in the vehicle tail end part area direction.
SOLUTION: A roof structure having a rear window part 4 connected to a roof part 3 freely pivotally is provided. Around a tail end part pivot pin 8 supported within a tail end part area 7 of a vehicle body and fixed to the vehicle, the roof structure can be lowered into an opening position in the vehicle tail end part area direction from a closing position positioned in an area inside a windshield frame 5 for covering a rear seat area 6 via a positive movement controller 9 pivotable to the inside of a soft top housing part 1. The positive movement controller is provided with at least one control element 13 fixed rotationally and connected to a roof part inside a roof pivot pin area. The control element constructed in this way is formed as a link device engaging a guide rod 16 and a main guide rod 17 in a guide part 15 inside the roof pivot pin area.
