Guide bars 17, (17') on both sides which form a pair and oppose each other are provided with two swing parallelograms 19, 20, respectively. Substantially vertical lifting movement is mainly given to a tail gate 8 in a first movement process when it swings high from a closed position by shear.lift.hinge or respective swing parallelograms 19, (19-), 20, (20-). The tail gate 8 is lifted on a top rim line of a running vehicle 1 and is swung to an open position toward a rear window part 4 with sufficient movement property after thet in such a way that the open position in which it is lifted high above the rear window part 4 advantageously while a contact of a vehicle body part is removed is obtained.
