PURPOSE: To provide a hard vinyl chloride equivalent article with excellent mechanical property by reclaiming and effectively applying a waste vinyl chloride sheet comprising fresh vinyl chloride resin, ground substances of soft molded vinyl chloride resin, extracted vinyl chloride resin and impact improving agent.
CONSTITUTION: To vinyl chloride resin comprising below 35 parts of fresh vinyl chloride resin, below 30 parts of ground substances of soft vinyl chloride molded article and the balance of extracted vinyl chloride resin, 2W6 parts of a resin selected from chlorinated polyethylene, methyl methacrylate-butadine-styrene resin or acrylonitrile-butadine-styrene resin as an impact improving agent and below 25 parts of total amount comprising fillers stabilizers, bubricant, caloring agents or the like are added. Moreover, according to use, if 1W15 parts of glass staple fibers are added to 100 parts of the said resin, yield strength, sigidity and creep resistance are enhanced. Moreover, impact value can be increased by cross-linking with 0.2W3 parts of a corss-linking agent.
