Title:
HARDENING METHOD OF CEMENT MIXTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08260702
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stably provide expected strength even at low temperature by providing a heat radiating body in a cement mixture, and keeping the temperature of the cement mixture in a prescribed value by heat release from the heat radiating body.

CONSTITUTION: A frame body F is filled with high strength concrete C combined in fixed rate with cement mixture composed of, for example, Portland cement, slag fine powder, coarse sand, gravel, water, and the like, a nichrome wire N is passed through the interior in state of prescribed meandering, and while keeping the temperature of the cement mixture in a prescribed value by heating of the nichrome wire, the admixture is hardened. Hereby uniform heating of almost uniform temperature can be steadily performed for a long time, and hardening stably obtaining expected strength can be executed. Because the electric heating body remains as it is in the cement mixture after completing the hardening, after-treatment becomes easy. It is especially favorable in the viewpoint of hardening acceleration efficiency and the like that the temperature of the cement mixture is kept in the range of 10-60°C.
