Abstract:
To make an arc generated when a short circuit occurs difficult to reach a spring part that energizes a movable contact.SOLUTION: A circuit breaker for wiring includes: a fixed contact including a fixed contact 24; a movable contact 22 including a movable contact 21 that can contact the fixed contact; a crossbar 30 including a pressing part that can press the movable contact in a direction where the movable contact contacts the fixed contact; and a spring part 13 energizing the movable contact from below. In the circuit breaker for wiring, a shield member having a wall part is attached to the crossbar such that the wall part shields at least part of a space below the movable contact at a position between the spring part and a portion directly below the pressing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
