PURPOSE: To improve profile accuracy of the rolling face of a stator, to suppress rotational noise and to simplify the manufacturing process by forming a plurality of conductive thin film pieces through vacuum deposition or printing on the surface of a stator casing composed of an insulating material thereby arranging a plurality of driving electrodes on the stator.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of driving electrodes P1-P8 are arranged in the circumferential direction, with a predetermined pitch, on the inner circumferential face of a cylindrical stator casing 2 composed of an insulating material such as synthetic resin. The driving electrodes P1-P8 can be formed through thin film forming technology, such as vacuum deposition or sputtering, on the inner circumferential face of the stator casing 2 composed of insulating material. According to the constitution, a highly precise stator can be fabricated easily.
