Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture a harness of which a middle part is peeled.
CONSTITUTION: A wire passage length between a feed roller 111 and a middle part peeling mechanism 200 is set by a wire passage length, adjusting mechanism 100 disposed between the feed roller 111 and the middle part peeling mechanism 200 in such a way that a disposition distance of a wire 50 from a cut position of a cutter 141 to a cut position of a cutter 202 for peeling a middle part is equal to the total of a cut length of the wire 50 and a middle part peeling position. By supplying the wire 50 by the feed roller 111 for the size of the cut wire, therefore, the wire 50 can be positioned for the cutter 141, and it can be positioned for the cutter 202 for peeling the middle part simultaneously. Supply and stoppage of the feed roller 111 need be performed only once in one-cycle action, and a stand-by time after stoppage of the feed roller 111 till start of a subsequent process can be reduced, thereby a harness can be manufactured efficiently.
