To provide a pet harness resistant to slip-off trouble even by violent motion of an animal, absolutely free from accident of sever constriction of the neck part of the animal, enabling easy control of the animal and easily producible at a low cost.

The pet harness 1 includes a pair of rings 2a, 2b having the same outer circumferential lengths and connected with each other in a manner crossing at two upper and lower points (C₁, C₂). The lengths from the upper and lower cross points to the front-side part and the rear-side part of each ring 2a, 2b are nearly the same. An upper ring 5 for engaging a lead is fixed to a part near the upper cross point (C₁).
