To provide a harness wiring structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of suppressing wetting in a wire connection portion while increasing draining property in the wire connection portion by use of a mesh-like member and suppressing increase in the cost of manufacturing.
In the harness wiring structure, a covering member 64 which covers electric wires 61 has a mesh-like portion 80 which is formed of a mesh-like member 82 and covers a wire connection portion 76 where the electric wires 61 are connected with each other. The mesh-like portion 80 is formed on a horizontally extending portion 66, arranged in the inside defined between right and left main frames 16. The mesh-like portion is covered with a seat 34 and a fuel tank 28 from above, covered with a rear fender 53 from behind and arranged below a cross pipe 60.
