To provide a harness with a collar, capable of easily controlling a dog so as to apply the drawing force of the dog more to the collar part than that to the harness part, and also by improving the linking part of the belt part of the collar and a traction belt so as not to apply an unnatural load between the belt part of the collar and the traction belt.

This harness with the collar is produced by opening up both ends of the belt part of the collar, linking the harness becoming a body band as one unit so as to cross approximately at right angle to both ends, forming the upper part of the harness as one series so as to make an arch form at the upper part of the belt part, making both end parts of the harness as freely attachable and detachable by attaching a linking member, attaching the traction belt in the vicinity of the end part of the belt part in the slanting upper direction toward the rear direction, attaching a linking tool for fitting-in a chain at its rear end and also building-in a spring material equipped with a repulsion force at the belt part so as not to apply the excessive tightening force to the neck of the dog.
