When a grain discharge crutch 26 is turned off, the off is transmitted to the driving circuit 23 of a fan motor 13b by a fan control means 24 based on the information from a detection switch 25 for detecting the on and off of the crutch 26 based on the operating position of an operating lever 27, and a rotary fan 13a is driven in the forward direction. Consequently, the heat-exchange sir is sucked in by the rotary fan 13a through a duster 22 and supplied to the heat-exchange part of the cabin cooling capacitor 13. When the crutch 26 is turned on, the rotary fan 13a is driven in the backward direction by the fan control means 24 based on the information from the detection switch 25. Accordingly, the dust removing air is supplied to the duster 22 by the fan 13a.
