PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide also a function for storing a hat, when utilizing a pipe hanger.SOLUTION: A rotating part is provided on the uppermost part of a strut fixed to both ends of a lateral pipe provided on an upper part of a pipe hanger, and in the rotating part, front and rear two racks are connected to the rotating part respectively, and the front and rear racks are set on each arbitrary position, to thereby enable proper storage of many hats or also different kinds of hats.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
