The invention solves the problem of the direct contact of the head with the inside liner of the hat, sun visor, etc., by placing a sweat protector to the inside liner of the hat or sun visor or using a head band provided with a sweat protector and attachable to the hat or sun visor. Further a sweat protector is made to be attachable to the conventional hats or sun visors.
