A first separator 58 for withdrawing the PCB oil packed or preserved in a transformer 10 is disposed in a first partition chamber 51 and a cleaning equipment 59 having a plurality of cleaning lines (roller conveyors 2) for cleaning the inside of a vessel 14 of the transformer 10 is disposed in a second partition chamber 52. A demolition device 60 to demolish the vessel 14 and components 24 is disposed in the second partition chamber 52 adjacently thereto and an unmanned carrier car 63 is made freely cyclically travelable around the first and second partition chambers 51 and 52, by which the hand- over conveyance of the transformer 10 between the first separator 58 and the cleaning equipment 59 and the demolition device 60 is made possible.
