A water absorption cold insulation sheet is stored in the space to give a cooling hood. An elastic core material composed of an elastic band plate is sealed in the inside of the cooling hood along its upper edge to fix a thin circular arc type elastic application band, which can be elastically applied under pressure, to the circumference of the back of the head to give the objective head cooling tool. Consequently, the elastic application band is simply and surely fixed to the back of the head, the cooling hood can be held and all kinds of caps can be worn on the head cooling tool.
