In a shaft-part storing part 3 in a head cover 1 integrally formed with a head-part storing part 2 storing a head part 3a of a golf club 5, and the shaft-part storing part 3 storing the shaft part 5b of the golf club 5, a pair of tongue-shaped pieces 3a, 3b separated by two opening/closing parts 3c formed along the direction storing the shaft part 5b of the golf club 5 are formed. Also flat fastners 4a, 4b are additionally provided along each opening/closing part 3c of each of the tongue-shaped pieces 3a, 3b. Since the shaft-part storing part 3 of the head cover 1 can be opened or closed only by sticking or peeling off the flat fastners 4a, 4b, the head cover can be easily put on or taken out in accordance with a variety of golf clubs with different lie angles.
