To provide a head-guard having improved shock-absorbing properties to the head part at violent fall, and also having excellent air permeability without damaging appearance when being worn.

The head-guard is obtained by covering the outside of a guard member 20 covering the head part of a wearer with a cap-shaped member 10 to provide the appearance same as that of a normal cap and not to reduce the appearance when being worn. The shock-absorbing properties to the back of the head can be improved by installing two or more outside protection parts 22a and two or more inside protection parts 22b extending in belt shapes in the width direction at the second protection part 22 arranged at the back lower end side of the protection member 20 so that the shock may be absorbed by the elastic deformation of the outside protection parts 22a in the thickness direction. The air permeability to the back of the head sometimes becoming sweaty can be improved by forming space parts 22c between the outside protection parts 22a and the inside protection parts 22b to keep the air permeability by the space parts 22c.
