Title:
HEAD LAMP FOR MOTER-BICYCLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3328611
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head lamp for a motor bicycle which improves brightness without interrupting light reflected by a reflector, and can increase the degree of freedom in a design of the motor-bicycle.
SOLUTION: A pair of position lamps 16, 17 are disposed at lateral end parts in a space surrounded by a housing 11 and a lens 18. Accordingly, it is possible to maximumly exhibit a function of a reflector, and increase brightness of a head lamp compared to a conventional one. A height from a road surface to the head lamp can be shortened when a clearance is set a prescribed dimension between a cowling that mounts the head light and a front fender that moves vertically against the cowling because a vertical width of the head lamp can be restrained. It is possible to increase the degree of freedom in a design of a motor-bicycle, especially the degree of freedom in a design around the head light adjusted to a format of the motor-bicycle for a change of height is easily performed.
