A closed member 22 is free to be released from the outside of a casing and has an end part 46 to get into the inside of an insertion connecting part 30 at a position to close an opening 20, and a releasable plug part 34 is at least partially free to be elastically deformed and has a shape not to be electric-conductively connected to a plug part 31 at a fixed position at an initial position before assembly. Additionally, the plug part 34 is elastically deformed by the end part 46 of the closing member at the time of assembly, made into an assembling shape free to be electric-conductively connected to the plug part at the fixed position, and the end part of the closing member is locked between this plug part and the plug part at the fixed position at the time of assembling the releasable plug part.
