To allow the user to hear a sound at an optimum position while the display device is mounted stably to the head of the user without being affected by the shape, size of the head or difference from ear positions by providing a speaker turnably to a support member.
A shaft 21 is provided to a lower part of a support member 2 along its lengthwise direction. A turning member 3 is mounted to the shaft 21 turned around the shaft 21 by its through-hole 31 and slidable in the thrust direction of the shaft 21. In the case of mounting, the left/right turning member 3 is turned to the outside of the support member 2 around the shaft 21 and extended, after the position of a forehead pad 41 is adjusted, the turning member 3 is turned manually or an energizing force of a torsional spring or the like to an inner direction. Since a speaker 5 is arranged to the turning member 3, the speaker is moved in the direction of the arrow B with the movement of the turning member 3 to be close to an ear. Furthermore, the speaker 5 is moved in the direction of the arrow C along a speaker slide groove 33 to be placed in the very vicinity of the ear.
