To reduce a stagger in a support body with respect to a seat back even when a chair is different in shape, and also to easily hold the support body in the seat back part.
A head receiver includes: the support body 3 which supports a head receiving part 1, and is held by the seat back (a) of the chair; and belts 4 for fastening the support body 3 together with the seat back (a). The support body 3 comprises belt carriers 31 where the belts 4 are put through. The winding positions of the belts 4 to the support body 3 are changed to the belt carriers 31, or to the lower end 3b of the support body 3 in response to the vertical length of the seat back (a). Thus, the stagger in the support body 3 with respect to the seat back (a) is reduced even when the vertical length of the seat back (a) is different in the chair.
