Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out a tube to be worked, and to improve the working efficiency by providing an automatic thread rolling ending mechanism to expand and move rollers for form rolling in the radial direction through a movable member to be pressed by an end part of the tube to be worked and a thread rolling ending lever.
SOLUTION: Shafts 22 of form rolling rollers 16 in which the movement is restricted only in the radial direction by long holes 23 provided in a face lid 11 and a back lid 12 are pushed up by the inclined surface of the long holes provided in a rotor 14 in an inclined manner and moved in the direction far away from the center of a housing 10. Because the position of the forming rolling rollers 16 are expanded in the radial direction, the contact with the tube to be worked is eliminated, and the tube to be worked can be drawn without rotating from a head for form rolling. A screw diameter changing unit is provided on a thread rolling ending mechanism, and the screw diameter of the tube to be worked can be freely changed.
