Abstract:
To provide a head-up display device which may minimize power consumption.SOLUTION: A head-up display device provided herein displays a virtual image V using a display light M emitted from a light-emitting display 10 having a display panel 12 and illuminating means 11 for illuminating the display panel 12. The illuminating means 11 comprises a light source 11a for emitting illumination light L and a light deflection element 11c for changing the direction of the illumination light L. The head-up display device further comprises view point position detection means 200 for detecting a view point position of a viewer 3, and control means 50 for controlling the light deflection element 11c according to the view point position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
