PURPOSE: To provide a head washing instrument which can easily remove oily components or dandruffs or the like from a head skin and the root of hair which cannot be removed completely by ordinary hair wash, by washing hair while giving a physical stimulation to a head part.

CONSTITUTION: This head washing instrument 1 is provided with a washing solution storing tank 2 of around 1-2 liters and a solution feeding pump 4 in connection with this washing solution storing tank 2 via a suppling pipe 3 in the inside of a main body 1a thereof. A nozzle body 6 is connected to a solution feeding pipe 5 connected to the solution feeding pump 4 and the circumference of the solution feeding pipe 5 is covered with a cup type cover 7 in which a slit 72 for draining water is molded. While an opening side of the cover 7 is pushed on the head part H, the washing solution is ejected from the nozzle body 6 and oily components or dandruffs or the like are washed off from a head skin or the root of hair.
