Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a headbox for producing a multilayer paper web, which is capable of adjusting the fiber orientation and weighing cross profiles in each layer separately and improving the smoothness of the paper web and the weight profile in mass production, and a production method therefor.
CONSTITUTION: The paper web with layers having plural respectively different properties is produced from a flow of plural raw material liquids by means of the headbox. At this point, the component concentration of at least one raw material liquid is adjusted separately from the other raw material liquid to adjust the weighing cross profile. On the other hand, the flowrate of at least one other raw material liquid is adjusted to adjust the fiber orientation cross profile.
