To provide a new header system piping structure and a piping unit used for it, suitable for the construction of housing complex while utilizing the good workability of a heat insulating tube header work method.
Headers 13a and 13b are provided at predetermined positions within each house of housing complex, a header system piping structure is used, where piping from the headers to a kitchen or toilet is constructed with a piping material 22 made of a polymerized resin compound and covered with heat insulating foam resin 23 at its outer circumference, and piping from the headers to the inside of a meter box 4 is constructed with a piping material 14 made of a polymerized resin compound and resin-made sheath tubes 16. The piping unit 27 is composed of a first pipe material 28 made of the piping material 22 of the polymerized resin compound, connected with the headers, having a required length from the headers to kitchens or toilets, and covered with a heat insulating foam resin 23 at its outer circumference, and a second pipe material 29 comprising the piping material 14 of the polymerized resin compound, connected to the headers, and having a required length from the headers to the meter box inside, and the sheath material 16.
