Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a lamp while making aiming adjustment of each lamp unit possible in a headlamp for a vehicle having plural lamp units tiltably housed in a lamp chamber.
SOLUTION: A first and a second lamp units 16, 18 adjacent in a left and right direction are tiltably supported in a lamp body 14 through a first and a second aiming mechanism 42, 44. First support parts 14a1, 14b1, 14c1 supporting a fulcrum pin 46 of the first aiming mechanism 42 and aiming screws 48, 50 are provided in a back portion of the first lamp unit 16 in the lamp body 14. Second support parts 14a2, 14b2, 14c2 supporting a fulcrum pin 58 of the second aiming mechanism 44 and aiming screws 60, 62 are provided in a back portion of the second lamp unit 18. The first support part 14a1, 14c1 and the second support part 14a2, 14c2 are provided on locations overlapping in a direction of parallel lines of the both lamp units 16, 18 in a front view of the lamp for reducing the width of the lamp.
