At a part of the light guide member 23, a light-shielding thin film 41 is formed with its front end as an underside 24 extended back and forth arranged in the vicinity of a rear focus F of the projection lens 20 for forming a cutoff line of a light distribution pattern projected through the projection lens 20 from the first optical system 21, and a second semiconductor light-emitting element 35 of the second optical system 22 is arranged on an extended line of the light-shielding thin film 41.
