Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts of a PES type headlight for a vehicle for lowering the cost of light.
SOLUTION: The number of part items of a light is reduced, and the cost of light corresponding to the reduced parts are lowered by combining a function as an aiming bracket to a shade 18 attached to a reflector 14. The cost of the shade 18 itself is also lowered by constructing the shade 18 as a press formed part made of steel sheet.
