To solve a problem of a conventional drainage equipment in which water collectability is poor because only water flowing on a road surface can be collected and, thus, if it is constructed on an unpaved road or on drainage paved road where a permeable surface layer is constructed on a surface of an impermeable base layer, rainwater which cannot permeate in the road surface is pooled on the road surface when there are a great amount of rainfalls.
The headrace groove block 1 for draining water by leading rainwater or the like to a drain passage includes a block body 2 having a top face 22, a bottom face 21, and a sidewall 23, and the drain passage 3 provided inside the block body 2. Groove portion 10 is formed in a predetermined position in the top face 22 of the block body 2, a passing water hole 11 being communicated with the drain passage 3 is provided to the groove portion 10, and the passing water hole functions as a headrace passage to lead the water to the drain passage.
