This headrest implement includes a headrest 30, and a headrest fixing plate 40 detachably mounted with the headrest 30. The headrest fixing plate 40 can be stood against a backrest of the chair. By only moving the back slightly forward in the state that the patient is seated on the chair, the headrest 30 can be set by inserting the headrest fixing plate 40 between the back of the patient and the backrest of the chair from above.
