PURPOSE: To provide a health appliance capable of relieving pains in the shoulder or around the waist or listlessness, eliminating functional constipation and being easily used at home even a person with a so-called stiff body for the maintenance and improvement of health.

CONSTITUTION: This health appliance comprises a main body 11 foldable at the middle and held in a designated angle by connecting members 15 and 16, a driving roller 13 mounted on the main body 11 and an endless conveyer belt 12 fitted on the driving belt 13 and running in a constant direction. It is provided with a belt pressing roller 16, installed spanning the connecting members 15 and 16, to drive the endless conveyer belt 12 in an angular position by pressing it from upward, if necessary.
