Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closing time for users waiting in a line in a shop at store closing time by calculating the extended closing time from the number of people remaining in the shop at an announced closing time of the shop, the number of operating automatic cash dispensers and automatic teller machines (CD/ATM), transmitting it to a remote monitoring device, receiving permission information and executing a processing of equipment related to closing of the store.
SOLUTION: Controlled equipment 151 to 15n (CD/ATM) are controlled by a time schedule stored in a time schedule storage part 7. When a remaining people sensor 21 detects remained people remaining at an announced closing time, an entering/leaving people count part 9 calculates from the number of people detected by a visitor sensor 19 and a leaving people sensor 18. An extended time operation part 10 calculates the extended closing time from the information S8 based on the number of people remaining and the operating number of the CD/ATMs, and preset using time per user of the CD/ATM. After a request for extrusion on store closing time is made, still image information taken by a camera 20 is transmitted.
