To provide a health care system for kinesitherapy, which allows a user to patiently perform a doctor-directed exercise program in an safety-controlled environment and to easily cognize the exercise that he/she performed for an easy comparative evaluation with prescriptions by the doctor.

The health care system comprises an exercise measuring means, a living body information measuring means to measure vital signs on the exercise, a communication means to transmit information obtained by each of the exercise measuring means and the living body information measuring means with connecting the internet, and a server to record and process the transmitted exercise information and living body information, which allows the user to retrieve the recorded exercise information and living body information on a website from the server, to compare the performed exercise and the doctor-directed exercise, and to achieve a safety evaluation (medical evaluation) of the performed exercise with examining the living body information on the exercise.
