Abstract:

To obtain a health food which ameliorates blood fluidity and increases prevention and treatment effect on life-style related diseases of circulatory system such as hypertension, cerebral infarctions, myocardial infarction, etc.

The health food having amelioration of blood fluidity is obtained by collecting a phospholipid component or a mineral component from marine algae of the genus Porphyra and/or marine algae of the genus Undaria. Since the health food has ameliorating effect on blood fluidity, the health food has prevention and treatment effect on life-style related diseases of circulatory system such as hypertension, cerebral infarctions, myocardial infarction, etc.
