Abstract:
To provide natural health food with which the excellent effects in lowering the urine sugar content and cholesterol value of consumers of diabetes and high cholesterol and preventing the increase thereof are expected.
This health food is sausage, confectionery and alcohol beverages contg. Kangra buckwheat or oats or both thereof as the effective components. The alcohol beverages are produced by a barley pearling stage of cleaning and grading, barley immersing, germinating, broiling and drying and root removing of the Kangra buckwheat or oats or both thereof, a pulverizing stage and a glycating stage, then a boiling stage, filtering and cooling stage, fermenting stage and maturing stage.
