Abstract:
To provide health food produced by effectively utilizing the stalks and the leaves of sweet potato, improved in taste and smell of kale, excellent in palatability and also having a high nutritive value.
The health food comprises the stalks and the leaves of sweet potato, kale powder and pullulan, preferably 40-60 pts.mass of the stalks and the leaves of sweet potato, 40-60 pts.mass of the kale powder and 1-3 pts.mass of the pullulan. The particle diameter of each of the powder of stalks and leaves of sweet potato, and the kale powder is 30-50 meshes. The variety of the sweet potato is preferably "Suiou".
