CONSTITUTION: A health food consisting of (A) preferably 35W45wt% freeze- dried Kefir yogurt, (B) preferably 9W14wt% assistant, preferably Acanthopanax senticosus Harms. extract, etc., and (C) preferably 45W55wt% excipient, e.g. lactose, starch, etc.
