Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a health food having controlling action of intestinal function, by mixing milk whey protein powder with a food raw material and additive.

CONSTITUTION: The objective food can be prepared by mixing (A) milk whey protein powder (preferably having an immunoglobulin content of ≥5%) with (B) a food raw material and/or additive (e.g. albumen powder, soybean oil, lard, glucose, vitamins, etc.). The content of the component A in the food is preferably 50W70wt%.
