To provide a health implement for stretch which naturally stretches muscles at the respective part of a body step by step for improving flexibility, which is the purpose of stretch exercise, and which makes the exercise itself to be easy and comfortable one accompanied by no pain.

All the parts of the implement are made of rubber and respectively connected with each other. Several rubber bands are fitted between rubber bands 2, a part of a rubber band 1 is made to be hard and thick, the parts of 2, 3 and 4 get softer and thinner in order. The part of the rubber band 1 is not stretchable, the parts of 2, 3 and 4 are stretchable, and stretching force gets weaker in the order of 2, 3 and 4. The rubber implement produced like this way is hung or grasped with hands or legs for doing stretch exercises.
