Abstract:
PURPOSE: To relax a body and to maintain health by the general exercises of the waist such as the reciprocating motion, rotation, twist and tightening, etc., of the waist or the pressurization of the abdominal part.
CONSTITUTION: A base plate 6 capable of mounting the waist 65 of a user is freely movably mounted onto a base 1. Both end parts of a wire 11 for reciprocating motion in right and left directions are fixed to the base plate 6 and both end parts of the wire 14 for reciprocating motion in back and forth directions are fixed to the base plate 6. A band 37 attached to one side of the base plate 6 is fitted to the waist 65 of the user and attached to the cord of a cord winding device on one side of the base 1 and the band 38 attached to the other side of the base plate 6 is fitted to the waist 65 of the user and attached to the cord 31a of the cord winding device on the other side of the base 1. An abdominal part pressurizing device 60 composed of a horizontal arm 44 with an abdominal part pressurizing part 53 freely ascendable and descendable and freely movable in a length direction is installed on the base 1 and a health maintenance device 61 is constituted.
